Requirements: Images 12-15 images per year on a standard one-page web [including default image holders] NOTE: 20 or more images at once constitutes a customization*). Image requirements Please provide accompanying info sheet to include corresponding titles, medium, size, price...etc]. Format: For optimal viewing, images should be in high quality JPEG format. We recommend a maximum size of 1000 pixels in the longest dimension, with a resolution of 300 ppi. You may send several new images throughout the year for free and with renewed membership in 1 year you may again send up to 15. [If you wish to have old work removed, or your art is no longer available due to sales, let us know so we can remove images from your page and from database. If you wish to build your portfolio we will keep all images in your portfolio as is, and may also mark individual pieces; sold work can remain online and archived indefinitely. Please let us know, if you wish to mark individual pieces as "sold" or as “available in print”. You may, if you wish, specify ownership info on particular works and we will be sure to note "in the collection of..." in the tag or near the image. All images on NorthernFront will be given "alt-tags" specifying your name and your copyright. Personal data files may include: a brief artist statement, biography or other! Commissions/ Terms of service: one year Art representation
- To be an Advertising Artist on NorthernFront – or an ‘Associate’ for one (1) year— $100 a year. 25% NF Commission applied to any sales made,
arranged and/or carried out by NorthernFront. With associate
ad: Limited representation online (home page ad with or w/o
link to another web), limited exhibiting opportunities. Any non-member artist
represented by NF is subject to 30% commission on all sales
(*Commission
applies to any sales made, arranged by, and/or carried out by
NorthernFront.) Portfolio Membership and
Artist Collective- Shipping -- The artist is responsible for shipping their own art [shipping charges are
billed to the customer; you will be reimbursed for your expenses

307-399-2777 Making Purchases To purchase items seen on NorthernFront, PLEASE inquire by phone or
email. We will respond as soon as possible to discuss payment and
shipping arrangements. PLEASE provide art title, artist's name,
and a brief description of the art piece so there will be no
confusion in the order. All original artworks are signed
and dated [some front and back] by the artist; all art will arrive
at your home, ready to hang out of the box. Some works include a
Certificate of Authenticity and/ or a quote or story behind its
creation. For all purchase transactions, we prefer PayPal. We can email you a PayPal Invoice or you can go directly to the PayPal web site at www.paypal.com, but shipping will not occur until payment confirmation has been made. Once we have received your return, inspected it,
and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund

All applicable sales taxes will be refunded.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. ·
Any alteration or improper use of original artwork
will void this warranty. Warranty is limited, at our option, to
replacement, repair, or credit of the defective merchandise. The
determination of all warranty claims will be at the sole discretion

a 'collective' of professional, emerging and mid-career artists, photographers, and craftspeople—not a co-op, but a "collective" of independent, like-minded artists, each with different goals & objectives. Although we’re particularly isolated in SE Wyoming, our travels reach along the Northern Front Range from Casper, WY to Denver, CO. ‘connecting’ art communities and reaching out to people like you. We’re glad to exhibit our work in distant towns throughout the region, because meeting other artists and interacting with arts organizations motivates us— we’re limited only by our lack of wings.
Artists in this part of the country appreciate “western art”. If our ‘character’ has been proclaimed by the likes of Charles Russell and Frederic Remington-- and television shows like The Virginian, Gunsmoke, and The Man from Laramie, then we’re not above painting in that vein—it certainly has colored our artistic vocabulary; yet, western art means much more to us than cowboys and cattle. The vitality of the west today lies in a much broader picture of history, society, and culture— for the most part, we take a ‘regionalist’ approach. As contemporary western artists, our work must bridge the gap between dominant art movements operating in American metropolitan galleries and long held conceptions of western art that remain near and dear to Americans all over the world. The collective overflows with astonishing artistic vision, our artists work in many mediums and genres, from traditional landscapes to expressionistic figurative painting; our photographers use both digital and traditional film technologies. Together we have many years of artistic experience and we’ve developed quite a ‘following’ of art patrons, collectors, and connoisseurs around the region. Our objective, as a Digital Portfolio Service, is to provide artists with professional online representation, giving them the means to be seen by potential buyers, patrons, and galleries; secondly, we're an art space--a gallery that markets our artists and their portfolios collectively. 1. Use your URL as a promotional tool -- always reference your webpage [URL/ Address]
2. linking from your emails -- draw traffic to your page by adding your Northern Front web address URL to the body of your emails, or in your email "signature". You may 'cut & paste' images from your page into your email, then add a link from the image to your page. 3. Forward our newsletter to everyone on your email list-- it boosts viewers on the site when it goes out. And remember, please send us your art events to publicize... we'll put it on Front! 4. Inform your friends and family, other artists, art patrons and the community at large of upcoming exhibitions sponsored by NorthernFront, let them know of art events and opportunities they can get involved in, and spread the word about issues of interest in the area of visual art throughout the region. 5. Develop "Link exchanges"-- By adding a reciprocal link to your page, you will gain viewers and so will your friend's site. Do you know someone that has a website that would link to your page? A business with a reciprocal link on their business website can help you get viewers. They can either link directly to your page address or to the site in general; either way, we'll link up to theirs. Talk to your friends.
